Work discovered on site that is beyond the quoted scope, or conditions that differ materially from those assumed, may be quoted separately and require your approval before we proceed. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
3. Scheduling and Site Access
You agree to provide safe and timely access to the work area. Delays caused by access, site conditions, or third parties may affect scheduling and cost.
4. Payment
Payment is due as stated on your invoice or work order. Amounts not paid when due may be subject to late charges and collection costs as permitted by law. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
5. Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms
